Your Perfect Paw puppy has a 2 year limited Life Warranty. Should your puppy die of birth defects within two years of birth, Perfect Paw will provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within three (3) days of purchase. If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, Perfect Paw will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference. To make a claim you must return your puppy back to us with in (7) seven days of purchase at your expense. Also, you will need to provide a signed statement from the veterinarian providing the date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions.
During shipping, puppies may be exposed to coccidiosis or giardia. This exposure is beyond our control. Therefore, we do not cover these conditions. To qualify for the warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy’s health records. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter.

Failure to have the puppy examined within three (3) days of purchase voids the warranty. Dogs who have been bred are also not covered
There is no guarantee that this puppy can be shown or bred. If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all health papers. Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury. Deposits are nonrefundable.
